Dr. Avidan Milevsky is a Research Scientist in the Department of Behavioral Sciences at Ariel University in Israel. He is also a psychologist at the Center for Mental Health in Israel and served as a visiting professor at The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Dr. Ilana Milevsky is a school psychologist and a graduate of the Department of Psychology at Ariel University in Israel. Her dissertation was an intervention study on the effectiveness of a school-based program to enhance bicultural identity among new immigrants to Israel. She is a registered psychologist with training in clinical and school psychology.
Yakov Shofnos, MA is a doctoral student in the Department of Education at Ariel University. He is an educational counselor specializing in working with children from various backgrounds who are in need for special accommodation. His research focuses on school intervention variables that can assist with the immigration process and the overall wellbeing of children during the immigration adjustment.
Aliza Rosenblum has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and aims to pursue an MA in clinical psychology. She is passionate about fostering emotional well-being and cultivate fulfilling intimate relationships.
Noam Lawee has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Yeshiva University in New York. He is interested in the relationship between individual and familial social identity and its impact on success.
Ilay Elbaz is an undergraduate student in the Department of Psychology at Ariel University with experience in informal education and a focus on supporting marginalized youth.
Abraham Tabeka is an undergraduate student in the Department of Psychology at Ariel University with background in non-formal education with Jewish communities in Israel, US and Australia.

Dr. Pnina Dolberg is a researcher at the Department of Social Work and the Institute for Immigration and Social Integrations at the Ruppin Academic Center in Israel. Her research focuses on the life stories of immigrants from different generations and immigrants who migrated during different life stages.
Dr. Meni Koslowsky is a Professor of Psychology at Bar Ilan University and Ariel University in Israel. He has written extensively on statistical methodologies including meta-analyses, SEM, HLM, and Multivariate techniques.
Dr. Caroline Peyser is clinical supervisor of the therapy program at Hakshiva, a mental health services organization serving the Anglo community in Israel. She has worked in a number of eating disorder clinics including Yale-New Haven Hospital in the US and Hadassah Hospital in Israel.
Dr. Seth Schwartz is a Professor of kinesiology, health education, and educational psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. He has been involved in research on acculturation, ethnicity, identity, family functioning, and positive and negative outcomes in adolescence and young adulthood. He is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Intercultural Relations and is past president of the Society for the Study of Emerging Adulthood.
Dr. Chaim Waxman is a Professor Emeritus of Sociology and Jewish Studies at Rutgers University. He has written and edited more than 18 books and more than 100 articles about American Jewry and Aliyah. He currently is chair of the Department of Behavioral Sciences at Hadassah Academic College in Jerusalem.
