  • Immigration Motivation, Determination, and Success of US Immigrants in Israel: A Mediation Model is a study of 122 families who immigrated to Israel from North America between the past three and ten years. This study was conducted in collaboration with Nefesh BNefesh. This quantitative study assessed pre- and post-immigration variables that contribute to immigration success.   • Challenges and Psychological Adjustment of Religious American Adolescent Immigrants to Israel. This qualitative study investigated the immigration process and adjustment of religious US immigrant teens to Israel. Click here for the research article describing the study and results.
  • Evaluation of a School Based Intervention Promoting Bicultural Identity Integration. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of a school-based intervention on Bicultural Identity Integration (BII) among elementary school student US immigrants to Israel as well as to assess the impact of increased BII on immigrant psychological well-being.   • Immigrant experience in the aftermath of October 7th and the war. The goal of this study was to assess the reaction of Olim to the tragic events of October 7th and the ensuing war. Particular attention was given to feelings of resolve vs. regret about the decision to move to Isreal and the variables contributing to adjustment.
